Desde entonces se han celebrado m\u00e1s de 35 eventos en los que han participado m\u00e1s de 1000 personas. Los chefs provienen de pa\u00edses como Siria, Camer\u00fan, Marruecos, Afganist\u00e1n, Irak, Egipto, Venezuela y Ucrania. La iniciativa Chefugee tambi\u00e9n colabora estrechamente con el Refugee Food Festival que organizan cada mes de junio las ONG Food Sweet Food y ACNUR (2017-2019). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2019, Chefugee se convirti\u00f3 en una asociaci\u00f3n y continu\u00f3 colaborando como organizaci\u00f3n hermanada de MFR.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cooking Solidario<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2985\" src=\"https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cooking-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cooking-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cooking-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cooking-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cooking-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cooking-267x200.jpeg 267w, https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cooking.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2018, MFR lanz\u00f3 Cooking Solidario. Este programa consiste en clases de cocina impartidas por personas refugiadas y apasionadas de la gastronom\u00eda de su pa\u00eds. A la vez que trabajan sus habilidades de liderazgo y la confianza en s\u00ed mismos, estos chefs facilitan el intercambio cultural entre participantes de distintos pa\u00edses. Los fondos que se recaudan con estas clases se donan a los chefs y a MFR. Hasta ahora, MFR ha organizado clases de cocina a cargo de m\u00e1s de 12 chefs de diferentes pa\u00edses, entre ellos: Siria, Venezuela, Marruecos, Egipto, Ucrania, Palestina, Armenia, Jamaica, Nigeria y Sud\u00e1n. Muchos de ellos participan tanto en Chefugee como en Cooking Solidario, ampliando as\u00ed sus oportunidades. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la pandemia, el equipo de Cooking Solidario ide\u00f3 una forma creativa de seguir ayudando y motivando a nuestros chefs mediante la elaboraci\u00f3n de un nuevo libro de cocina digital con recetas f\u00e1ciles de hacer en casa. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/es\/donate-es\/donar-cooking-solidario-en-casa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ver el libro de cocina aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Restaurante Refusion<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2988 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Refusionfront-240x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Refusionfront-240x300.jpeg 240w, https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Refusionfront-160x200.jpeg 160w, https:\/\/madridforrefugees.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Refusionfront.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/>Inspirados por el \u00e9xito de las iniciativas Chefugee y Cooking Solidario, el equipo de MFR uni\u00f3 fuerzas con nuevos colaboradores para lanzar Refusion Delivery que ha sido operativo desde 2019 hasta 2021. Refusion fue un negocio social y un restaurante aut\u00e9ntico donde trabajan chefs refugiados. Se cre\u00f3 como una forma de ofrecer un empleo gratificante y un entorno de apoyo a las personas refugiadas. El equipo de Refusion ha contado con chefs de Siria, Sudan, Venezuela y Marruecos.
