Requesting this kind of data allows us to maintain the mission of our organization, which is to provide assistance, formation, and other services or initiatives directed at people in asylum status, whether in process or already granted, in the city of Madrid. Enrollment in our formation courses<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

To take part in Refugees Code formation courses, you must submit Personal Data for us to be able to evaluate your eligibility for such courses. This is because the Refugees Code courses and other initiatives are directed at people of any age, gender, nationality, that are located within the territory of the Kingdom of Spain and are currently in asylum status, whether already granted or in progress. Additionally, we will request contact information from you to get in touch with you before, during and after the completion of the course. All data referred to course and workshop registration will be processed and stored in our official Madrid For Refugees AirTable account with restricted access and only essential data for the execution of the course or workshop will be communicated to the instructors via closed communication tools. The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data in this case is our legitimate interest to ensure the adequacy of our initiatives and performance of a contract with you as you wish to enroll to our courses. To become a volunteer for Madrid for Refugees and\/or Refugees Code, you must submit your Contact Details and other Personal Data such as your name and professional background. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest to assess your eligibility as a volunteer to Madrid For Refugees or Refugees Code and to be able to get in touch with you. Once your volunteer application is successful, we will ask you to sign a Code of Conduct in which some additional details will be requested. Additionally, we may request you to add further information about you, such as country of origin and gender for statistical purposes. Unless explicitly specified otherwise by you, the e-mail address you register with will be used for intra-team communications and displayed to all volunteers on our internal communication channels.
